These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlareScan AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
Account terms
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use FlareScan to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, reverse engineer the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
Intellectual property
FlareScan retains all rights to the service, including its models, indices, UI, and brand. You retain all rights to the content you connect. We receive a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or pose a security risk to other customers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlareScan's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
